Product Introduction

Rotary dryer is widely applied in mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemistry and other industries, mainly used for drying materials with some moisture and granularity, like mineral powder, slag, clay, limestone, lignite and so on.

Working principle:

Rotary dryer is made up of cylinder, lifting plate, transmission, supporting devices and others. Based on reasonable layout and alternate angle-change equally spaced in cylinder, the lifting plate scatters the wet material inside rotating cylinder. Hot air flow turns water into steam letting into air, and aimed dry material is achieved.

1. please specify transmission arrangement when placing an order. 

2. Production capacity in above table (G) is calculated by primary material moisture (W1):20%, final moisture (W2):5% and evaporation intensity for unit volume (A) 40~50kg water per M3 on hour; production capacity will change with relevant materials and working conditions.
