1. Mobile Impact Crusher should be lubricated as required, small and medium-sized equipment mainly with grease and regularly lubricating oil and large equipment generally with a forced lubrication system.

2. In the process of operation, we should always pay attention to the noise situation and vibration of the equipment. On appearring excessive noise or vibration, we should be quickly shut down and  make inspection.

3. We should pay attention to observe the crushing quality and yield in the process of crushing. When the quality and yield is not normal, there may be blackage of crushers and screening machine and screening surface damage and other machine fault.

4. As plan requirs,we need to minor repair, repair and overhaul.We can also replace part of the mechanical maintenance, reduce downtime maintenance time, improve equipment utilization
