Sand Washer

Product Introduction

1. Sand washer (sand washing machine) is widely used in the construction site, sand stone factory, the construction site of concrete dam of a hydropower station, concrete pre-cast parts factory, oil-well refilling and other industries. 

2. The original sealed structure and the reliable transmission device ensure the good dewatering effect after washing. Therefore, it’s an efficient sand washing equipment used together with the sand making machine.  

3. This series sand washing machine is arranged with a slant angle of 15°. The section under the water sink is surrounded by three weir plates, forming a sedimentation tank. The spiral head part is merged in the sedimentation tank, and it rotates continuously due to the motor driven by the speed reducer, and is supplied with washing water by the perforated plates at the bottom of the sedimentation tank. 

4. This equipment has three functions such as washing, dewatering and classifying. 

Advantages of sand washer

1. The sand washer can process material with size of 0-30 mm 

2. The bearing device of impeller drive is separated from water and materials with water,which can avoid in a large degree the bearings damaged by being soaked with water, sand or some polluted things. 

3. There is little loss for medium-sized and fine sand and stone powder. 

4. The grade and the fineness of the sand for construction after being washed can be up to the national standard, such as sand for construction and cobble and broken stones for construction. 

5. There are no other wearing parts except the screen mesh.
