Product Introduction

1.The stone crusher is the crushing machine with the particle size greater than 3 mm in the discharge and more than 50% of the total discharge volume. It is widely used in mines, smelting, building materials, roads, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries. 
2.The crushing operation is usually divided into coarse, medium and thin pieces according to the size of feeding and discharging. The commonly used sandstone equipment has jaw crusher, mobile crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher, compound crusher, hammer crusher, roller crusher, etc.

Classification of stone crusher

1. Jaw crusher 

Jaw crusher working principle: It is using surface material extrusion and bending effect, when two jaw close to the material being broken, when two jaw leave less than the material of discharging mouth piece of coarse crushing or discharged from the bottom of gravel mechanical crushing all kinds of hardness materials. 

Application: simple structure can crush hard materials, reliable work and many other advantages are widely used in mineral processing, building materials, silicate and ceramic industries.

2. Impact Crusher

Impact crusher working principle: With the impact of the board hammer and the rebound effect of the impact board, the material is subjected to repeated impact and broken crushing machine. The rotor in the backstage breaks even more momentum, crushes harder materials and reduces power consumption relative to hammer crusher (hammer is suspended).

Advantages of impact crusher: impact crusher has less parts and high utilization ratio than hammer crusher.

3. Cone Crusher

The cone crusher is used in the crushing of various kinds of hard ores, which can be widely used in mining, metallurgy, steel resistant, cement, coal, glass, ceramics, electric power and other industries. It is especially suitable for the crushing of hard limestone, dolomite, granite, basalt and other artificial sand or highway pavement. In the mechanism construction of sandstone, it is widely used in various metallurgical slag crushing, and has high yield results than other types of crushers.

4. Roller Crusher
